Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order is being processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

Fulfillment Definition

An order is considered fulfilled when it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

After Fulfillment

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. In such cases, the Return Policy will apply where eligible.

Refund for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the Refund Policy.
