BORAGE is operated by BORAGE TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Minor errors, packaging updates, colour differences, and production variations may occur.

BORAGE body care and cosmetic products are intended for external cosmetic use unless a product specifically states otherwise. Customers and treatment providers are responsible for following product instructions, ingredient information, warnings, storage requirements, and appropriate hygiene practices.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. BORAGE may review, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, regulatory requirements, or incorrect order information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the order and destination.

For certain GCC, international, wholesale, or manually reviewed orders, final shipping or other agreed charges may be confirmed after the order is submitted and before dispatch.

Wholesale & Business Orders

Business, wholesale, company, distributor, reseller, and other B2B orders may be subject to separately agreed pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, shipping arrangements, account permissions, or written commercial terms.

If separately agreed written terms conflict with these general Terms, the separately agreed written terms apply to the extent of that conflict.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable cancellation terms displayed on the website.

الاستخدام المسموح

منتجات بوراج للعناية بالجسم ومستحضرات التجميل مخصصة للاستخدام التجميلي الخارجي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك بشكل واضح على المنتج. ويتحمل العملاء ومقدمو العلاجات مسؤولية اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام ومعلومات المكونات والتحذيرات ومتطلبات التخزين وممارسات النظافة المناسبة.

الطلبات وقبولها

إرسال الطلب لا يضمن قبوله. يجوز لبوراج مراجعة أو رفض أو تحديد أو إلغاء الطلب عند الحاجة بشكل معقول، بما في ذلك في حالات أخطاء الأسعار أو مشاكل المخزون أو الاشتباه بالاحتيال أو مشاكل الدفع أو قيود الشحن أو المتطلبات التنظيمية أو معلومات الطلب غير الصحيحة.

إذا تم إلغاء طلب بعد تحصيل الدفعة، فسيتم التعامل مع أي استرداد مؤهل وفق سياسة الاسترداد والقانون المعمول به.

الأسعار والدفع

يمكن تغيير الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع دون إشعار مسبق. وقد تطبق ضرائب أو رسوم شحن أو جمارك أو رسوم استيراد أو رسوم أخرى حسب الطلب والوجهة.

بالنسبة لبعض طلبات الخليج أو الطلبات الدولية أو طلبات الجملة أو الطلبات التي تتطلب مراجعة يدوية، قد يتم تأكيد رسوم الشحن النهائية أو الرسوم الأخرى المتفق عليها بعد إرسال الطلب وقبل الشحن.

طلبات الجملة والأعمال

قد تخضع طلبات الشركات والجملة والموزعين وتجار التجزئة وإعادة البيع وغيرها من طلبات الأعمال لأسعار أو حد أدنى للكميات أو شروط دفع أو ترتيبات شحن أو صلاحيات حساب أو شروط تجارية مكتوبة يتم الاتفاق عليها بشكل منفصل.

إذا تعارضت شروط مكتوبة متفق عليها بشكل منفصل مع هذه الشروط العامة، فتطبق الشروط المكتوبة المنفصلة في حدود ذلك التعارض.

الشحن والتوصيل

تخضع عمليات الشحن والتوصيل لسياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا. وتعتبر مواعيد التسليم تقديرية ما لم يتم ضمانها خطياً بشكل صريح.

الإرجاع والاسترداد والإلغاء

تخضع عمليات الإرجاع والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترداد وأي شروط إلغاء مطبقة معروضة على الموقع.

حسابات العملاء

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الحفاظ على أمان الوصول إلى حسابه ودقة المعلومات المقدمة من خلال الحساب. يرجى إبلاغ بوراج فوراً إذا كان هناك اعتقاد بأن الحساب قد تم الوصول إليه دون تصريح.

الملكية الفكرية

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، فإن اسم بوراج والعلامة التجارية والشعارات وأوصاف المنتجات والصور والرسومات والتصاميم والنصوص وغيرها من محتويات الموقع الأصلية مملوكة أو مرخصة لشركة BORAGE TRADING L.L.C ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو تعديل أو إعادة نشر أو استخدام هذا المحتوى تجارياً دون إذن خطي مسبق، إلا إذا سمح القانون بذلك.
