Sample Fees

  • Paid Samples - A nominal fee may apply to cover product, packaging, and shipping costs. Fees may be deducted from your first commercial order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be shared in advance.
  • BORAGE is not responsible for courier or customs delays.

Evaluation Period

We recommend testing samples within 5-10 days. Afterward, we’ll follow up to:
